 + 1 moreExtremely professional. With no heat on a very cold weekend, when I called I was told that if I could get by w/space heaters until Monday it would same me money. Good advice! All work was done on Monday by Chris, Phil, and Adam. Very satisfied.

 + -1 moreEverything went great! The workers took great care in covering everything in plastic in the master bedroom so there was no dust or debris left from the demo portion. There was one tiny little hiccup where there was a small very unoticeable amount of damage done to the side of the tub during install they were able to fix it so you couldn't see it and still discounted the price of the tub. Jason the owner came by multiple times during the 2 days the crew was there to personally check on the job and make sure it was going well. I won't go to anyone else for my plumbing needs.

 + -1 morePrompt and courteous for estimate, however, I had to call several times to get on the work schedule. I do realize this was a fairly small job for them. Worker was prompt and courteous. Work took longer than they estimated because worker miscalculated moving the gas line and had to re-move closer to the wall. I was satisfied with the work once it was done and was glad that I was not paying by the hour, but the amount stated. All in all, was not a bad experience. It was difficult to get a plumber to even look at the job because was small, but they did as asked.
Description of Work: I needed a gas line moved to install new gas range.

Description of Work: I thought there might be a blockage in my toilet. Ray showed up on time. He was nice. He made an adjustment. He checked it out and concluded it was just a low-flow toilet and couldn't really be fixed. He was very honest and didn't try to talk me into anything.

Description of Work: Was having trouble even getting a bid on a small gas line I needed to install a gas range in my house by the bigger plumbing and heating companies in the Reno/Sparks area. I noticed a "Whiley's Plumbing and Heating truck across the street recently and when I seen the employee come from the job he was doing at the neighbors home I approached him and asked if they would be interested in giving a bid. Well within minutes they came over and gave a bid and after discussing it with my with we decided to give them a try. We scheduled they showed up and the job was done professionally and fast and under bid. They were very good and professional and I recommend them!
