Quality. Precision. Purpose.

About us

Brycon was founded on June 1, 1990, in New Mexico to fit a market need for specialized cleanroom construction. Now in our 30th year of business, we continue to perform work that other companies cannot do or avoid because of its complexity. We are one of the largest general contractors in the Southwest and attribute our long-standing success to a continuous focus on our core values: safety, customer service, ethics, community involvement and quality. Our vision is to be the best construction service provider, period. Our business is built on TRUST: 85% of our work is with repeat clientele. Once you work with us, you won’t have to look for a contractor again. Since 1990, we’ve been doing the job right: on time, on budget, and safely -- our industry-leading EMR means that our safety standards extend beyond our employees to our clients. Brycon continues to distinguish itself from competitors through its Structured Around Service culture. What we offer you is simple: experience and exceptional service. We build long-lasting relationships with our clients because they know what they can expect from us, and because of that, our clients are never disappointed. At Brycon, we believe it isn’t what you build, it’s how you build it that counts.

𝐓𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐰𝐞 𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐚𝐟𝐞𝐭𝐲 𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤! 🚧✋🏽At one of our High-Tech sites in Texas, crews from another Contractor were working in an overhead corridor and had spilled liquid on to our material. Unaware of what the liquid was, and no chemical showers nearby, Brycon employees 𝗙𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗲𝘇, 𝗡𝗮𝗷𝗮𝘁𝘇 𝗥𝗶𝗼𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗹𝘃𝗮𝗿𝗼 𝗘𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗮 immediately stopped the job! Turns out, that the spilled liquid was acetone and was stripping paint from our material! The Brycon team quickly moved the material out of the area, contacted our onsite Safety Rep, and closed off the work area so that no crew members or materials were further affected. The spilled acetone was cleaned up and mitigated, and Brycon was able to complete work in the area safely. 𝐇𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐲 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟒 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐚𝐟𝐞𝐭𝐲 𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤! 🚧✋🏽We want to recognize 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗼 𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 for exercising his ‘Stop Work Authority’ at one of our confidential High-Tech sites in Arizona! During the verification process prior to the start of work, Julio noticed that conduit had been run to the wrong point of connection. Julio was the last person to verify before performing the tie-in, and had he not noticed, this could have resulted in an injury. 👷🏾♂️👷🏽♀️𝐇𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐚𝐟𝐞𝐭𝐲 𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤! Brycon is excited to celebrate Safety Week as we take the time to highlight some of our employees who exercised their ‘Stop Work Authority’! These crew members put Safety First as they ceased work in their area creating a Stop the Job Success! We look forward to highlighting these success stories for you this week. 🚧✋🏽At one of our Arizona High-Tech sites, members of our Architectural crew were walking down layouts while preparing to do penetrations. While in the sub-fab, they noticed a puddle had formed near some scaffold they would be using. 𝗔𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗹 𝗚𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘇 initially identified a broken piece of PVC as the source and immediately notified his coworkers followed by the site’s Emergency Response Team, their Foreman, and Safety Representative. 𝗘𝗿𝗶𝗸 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗼𝘇𝗮 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼 𝗢𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗮 stopped what they were doing to begin taping off the area, keeping others in the area safe from the hazard. A 360° awareness is vital prior to beginning work.
