Allegiance Heating & Cooling

They were recommended to me by my Allstate agent, and they've installed an AC and a heating unit in my house. Always professional. Always thorough. They arrive in their allotted time and give you a heads up within 30 min of their arrival. Well deserving of 5 stars.

Waited over a month to have our AC fan motor replaced. Not possible to get a hold of anyone during that time to get updates or to schedule the return appointment.

Think I have found a diamond in the rough. After talking with three other companies that couldn't get to our broken furnace until the next day or so (in January) Allegiance squeezed me in on the way to another call stating that they could fix a simple issue but if it was complicated it would have to wait to be looked at until late that afternoon. Fortunately, it was a simple fix. I greatly appreciated their efforts and was thankful to have heat again.

Gave us a bid and we hired him on the spot for a new furnace and air conditioning unit.
Great customer service from start to even after work has been completed.

I had 6 companies come out for quotes for a central AC. John did the most involved inspection. He went into the attic, looked in the crawl space, measured the rooms and gave me a lot of information about my system --including the amount of air that could be pushed through my current vent system and why a 2 ton was the way to go. His prices were very reasonable too.

I hired him. His crew was excellent and John has been a pleasure to work with.

John put in a new heating system in my house last year. They did a very efficient installation. We have a challenging situation with a Casita that runs off of the same heater. He changed out the zoning system, which balanced out the two spaces. He's since serviced the system with the seasonal change. I would highly recommend them for their service, pricing and attention to our needs.

Awesome prompt service, my AC was out, it was hot, called a couple other places & just got a run around, called them got an appt later that day, they arrived on time & my house was cooling down within the hour, I'll call them 1st next time & every time!

Got not only a great price on a replacement furnace but John noticed the plenum on my other furnace was inadequate and replaced that also for no additional charge. All the work looks thorough and professional to me.

John answered the phone or returned calls to make an appointment right away... The 1st time he came he had to leave before the job was done because of another client. 2nd rescedule he didn't show at all! 3rd reschedule he was 1 and 1/2 hours late and didnt bring supplies! Would I call him again. NO!

Excellent contractor. I wish more contractors were like John the owner. We replaced both of our furnaces with York High Efficiency almost 5 years ago. They are VERY temperamental. In fact I would not get another one. However John and Allegiance are outstanding. Every single time we have an issue he is there or one of his techs. He answers the phone, returns calls and does an OUTSTANDING job. I cannot say enough good things about how excellent he runs this business and really cares about his customers. The high efficiency I am not in love with, and now we are regretting them. They are all the rage but require a great deal of maintenance. However John is outstanding as a heating, ac and plumber. If you have a need of one of his services do not hesitate to call him.
