Alpen Glow Marble & Stone Care

We had marble counters installed a couple of months ago. The company that installed them caused a ton of etching, which they blamed on the tile company we bought the marble from, who blamed them and it went round and round. We didn't want anything for free. We just wanted it polished so we can start fresh. We are aware Marble is soft, etc. they said they'd come check it out, and never did. So we ended up calling Alpen glow. They showed up and were incredibly knowledgeable about marble, and they did a phenomenal job! The marble looks brand new! We never used the marble, we covered it up until we could get it fixed. They came in, took care of it, gave us great info on caring for it, and made it right, even though it should've been handled by the company that did it. 5 stars to Adrian!!! Super impressed, and very affordable!

I highly recommend Alpen Glow Marble & Stone Care. I gave Dean the owner a call one day to get a quote to fix my countertop and he took the time to give me a quote but also determined that the countertop was not initially built correctly and was likely the cause of the countertop break. He advised me to file a claim with the contractors board which resulted in me getting my countertop fully replaced by the initial builder. This company truly puts their customers first. Thank you Dean!

With the current world of Covid-19 reliability has taken a hit because people can get sick and so you may need some patience but at least they called you and make alternate arrangements.

So let's talk about the workmanship. I was beyond pleased and they were reasonable so all things considered I would certainly use them just be patient as there not many companies that do repairs on granite countertops. They were able to fix the chips and also a spot where battery acid from a D cell battery discolored the granite. They were efficient and the end result is a granite countertop that looks as good as new. Thank you for your work and I would certainly use you company again.

Top quality work. We have a lot of Travertine in our home and even in shower walls and countertops. They cleaned and polished those stones in such an awesome fashion. Our home looks different now. Can only recommend them.

They cleaned our dark stone granite tile. After they left we still noticed some areas with haze from hard water stains they missed. They came back the next day, with no problem, hit it again and it turned out great.

They do use a strong pungent smelling solvent to clean. Recommend being able to vent your house with windows open, or an exhaust fan for the whole day for this type of cleaning.

Alpen Glow provided phenomenal service for helping us get our slate floor cleaned, stripped and resealed. It looks absolutely stunning and they were professional and especially responsive. I also appreciated Dean's help in assisting us with the decision on what kind of sealant to use and advice for longterm care of our beautiful floor. We will call them again should a need arise.

I had Alpen Glow clean the stone and tile floors throughout our home and they did a great job! The guys work very clean and aware of their surroundings. Will have them back again for sure!

Absolutely great company with outstanding customer service! After numerous attempts to get our original fabrication company to come back and repair a crack, I called Alpen Glow. Daniel immediately answered and told me he would have his son, Adrian, contact me to schedule a repair. When Adrian called he came out the same day. Not only did he repair the crack in our kitchen island marble, he also repaired our bathroom engineered quartz that also had scratches from the installation! I would definitely give Alpen Glow a call for ALL your marble or granite repair and maintenance!

Dean's team arrived on time, were professional, unobtrusive and reasonably priced. We are absolutely thrilled with their work ... our tiles look like they are brand new!! We called Alpen Glow after we had a bad experience with another company, of which we thought the tiles would not be salvageable. Dean knows tile/marble/stone, there is no reason to look any further. Spend your money on an expert.
