Ariat Roofing

Ariat Roofing just completed the refelting of our entire roof, and we just have to say we're so impressed with Ariat's professionalism and work quality! From our initial contact with Ariat to the final invoicing procedure, we received prompt and excellent attention. When we called Ariat for an estimate, Josh and Aaron came within a few days and patiently explained the different options (and showed us photos they had taken on our roof) for fixing a leak we had over one window. Since our home is now 25 years old, we decided to refelt the entire roof vs. only do a repair. While Ariat's proposal for the entire roof was not the least expensive (Ariat was in the middle of the range of estimates we got), we believe they are the most cost efficient and worthwhile. Although the start of our roof project was delayed 1 week by Ariat, they came on time the following week, and the crew was here every day of the project (took 3.5 days to complete, which was quicker than Ariat had estimated!) either on time or slightly earlier. Each day, the crew members were very diligent about cleaning up the work area and the ground around our home (often picking up debris as they worked during the workday). They also covered the stone finish of our driveway when placing a dumpster and were very careful with all of our outdoor lighting fixtures, etc. The photos we received of the roof after Ariat completed the project reflect great performance of the work. Finally, the administrative staff we interacted with for scheduling and invoicing were helpful and courteous. We've experienced a number of disappointing service calls in recent years, so it was so wonderful to work with a reliable, professional company like Ariat!

Tried to set up an appointment for them to come out to give me an estimate DAWN couldn't give me a set date when she just said when they're available again they will call me back which was fine but my home insurance company is about to cancel my policy due to roof conditions I asked her if she could send me in writing they are coming out soon since that's what my agent told me to send as long as I have a proof that I have someone coming out to fix the roof they will reconsider and she basically told me to have them call her NO I said they need in writing and DAWN got snappy. I was prepared to hand you over 10K probably more if I were to go with you guys and for her to have an attitude is crazy to me I guess they don't need extra money

As a female, I am always hesitant when calling for workmen to come out to give me an estimate as well as following through with quality work but, I was delightfully surprised with Ariat Roofing.
Not only did the owner respond quickly but he was very insightful and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of and as a female that tends to happen with certain companies. I was able to be scheduled in an acceptable amount of time and the work exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much for all your help, I'll be sure to recommend you to my friends.

Always called me back the receptionist was very professional. The workers were professional and did a great job. I've had them come out a couple times and help me with my roof. They were always fair with the price and always did a great job and gave me a great warranty I appreciate the company.

I highly recommend Ariat Roofing for your roofing needs. I recently had to have repairs on my tile roof. Dawn and Cecilia in the office were excellent to communicate my needs to and scheduled an estimate. Sergio arrived on time, explained what needed to be done and took pictures of my roof. I received an estimate that afternoon. They were very reasonable compared to some of the other roofing companies. The crew arrived on time and had the roof repairs done within 3 hours. I had a concern regarding the color of the tiles used. I called Dawn, and Sergio their superintendant was out within 2 hours. Since my crew had went home for the day, Sergio personally addressed my concerns. He went on my roof immediately due to impending inclement weather. His knowledge and skill was amazing. He had to retrofit some of my tiles to make a perfect match to my existing roof. Again, I highly recommend Ariat Roofing because of their experience, skill, timeliness, professionalism, and courtesy.
