Just got insurance in Nevada. Saw the reviews and called Balsiger Insurance. Colin was great . Got me hooked up right away with a great company and quote. Always called me back right away if I had any questions.

Called on a Friday morning based on Yelp reviews. Replacing a State Farm set of policies due to numerous billing issues. Gave all requested information about two vehicles and a renters policy. Was told they would get back to me late Friday or Monday at the latest. Now mid Tuesday and still no quote, call or email. Can only imagine how the service would be if I had a claim. Working with a new Agent at a different agency.

Well... They pretty much did nothing. My father with a progressing neurological disease is moving to Nevada and I requested help through their website 2 1/2 weeks ago. The next morning, I was contacted by one of their agents asking for a couple pieces of information about my father. I responded that same day. 6 days later, I hadn't received a follow up so I emailed the agent asking her for a status update. She said although she had been licensed for 16 years, she was getting to know Medicare plans and would get back to me early this week. I was okay with that... except now it's been almost 11 days since then and it's almost Friday (not exactly early next week right?) and still not even an email saying she was working on it. I emailed today telling her that obviously working with her wouldn't work out.

How is this company getting 5 stars?! I must be the lone unlucky one.

Cody helped me get insurance coverage as a young business owner and explained everything in plain English.
