I would never give 5 stars unless it was absolutely earned. This facility is great. The service is top notch. Very friendly and they were very efficient.

But I always keep a promise...

Carson City Storage had our property (as in almost everything we own) for just over two years. Not only was our stuff secure and protected, Gio and Kristen (I think) were always helpful and responsive when we needed it. I couldn't have asked for better people service. And although I hope we don't, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if needed.

Was completely impressed with the dedication to customer service at Carson City Storage. We planned to move to Carson and arranged for a storage unit while out of state. The staff were friendly, accommodating and flexible. They set appropriate expectations and delivered to us more than what we were expecting. The unit looked brand new! The staff not only arrived early to meet our moving van, they checked in on throughout our unloading, made sure we had enough space and followed up a day later to make sure we were pleased. Who does that anymore? So happy we chose to store with Vince and his team!

Made a reservation for a storage unit through U-Haul
We got a confirmation number this morning. They called back 3 hrs later no unit available. They are not able to accommodate us. Why do they allow another company to book for them??

Reserved a storage unit at another storage facility, showed up from California with my belongings and the storage unit was not available. Called Giovanni and he immediately found me a unit and regularly checked up on me to make sure I had what I needed! He also made arrangements for me to return my rental truck at a closer location and even offered me a ride after I dropped off my rental truck! Clean facility and professional staff! Never experienced such outstanding customer service!

Customer service is priority. We used them during our move from Reno to our new house. The ease of renting additional units was painless, we quickly filled the first unit and needed two additional to complete our move. They were quick to provide additional units quickly and with minimal effort. They use email and auto pay which takes the stress out of rent payments. They are quick to return calls and emails. The units are clean and the facility is neat. Everything's new. I would rent again if the need ever comes. This place is great.

I never write reviews, but is the Fourth of July and I just put my house on the market and needed a storage unit fast. Not only did I find they were willing to take my calling a holiday, the person who answered the phone was so kind and was very helpful! Thank you and would recommend!

Super great customer service and I turned my trailer in early so the guy hooked me up with a refund! I'll be back for my next rental!

What a nightmare. They overcharged me by $1223 and when I called them to talk about it the guys only words to me were, "uhaul Billings phone number is..." and then he hung up! I had to place an objection file with U-Haul, but I had to wait until I returned the truck and trailer. I returned it after hours to the address listed on the receipt and followed the online after hours instructions. They were easy to follow and luckily include the customer needing to take pictures. I got an email a couple of days later saying the equipment was never returned. Followed immediately by an email saying never mind, they see I turned it in but they listed a location in a different state. They wanted me to submit a review for my return in this other state. I called U-Haul again and they argued with me about where I turned the truck in. Luckily they had the photos and I had the photos of where I returned it and at what time. So he could not explain to me why he could see my after hours return to the correct place but have it still show a different state. Then it took a month to get the refund because every time I called to follow up they said, "it looks like it was done, but sent to the wrong location. We can send it to the right place and we are very sorry." The third time I was told this I said NO! I get this statement every time I call and I need to speak to someone in charge right now. A week and a half later I finally got my refund. I will never use them again. Ever. It is really hard to move across the country, start a new job and be overcharged $1223!! I almost had to ask family to send me food money until my first paycheck. I'm still so angry. I can say everyone I spoke to was nice and helpful aside from the first guy. They obviously were not very good since they couldn't get it to the right place but they were friendly screwups.
