Fire N Ice Heating and Air Conditioning and Plumbing

Our apartment complex got new a/cs throughout the 300-400 unit complex.
They were OK at getting them in, but when some had problems they were the rudest, most condescending, entitled a$$hats I have ever had to deal with.
They treat every woman like she just hatched yesterday despite the fact that there are many retired female professionals; engineers, administrators, nurses, teachers, & other highly educated females, many of whom owned & maintained numerous homes during their work years. Yet they'll tell you a [scripted?] line of bs that the women know is bs.

They acted like they were annoyed to have such a big contract!

They had just put in the units, & were still on the property when one resident asked about the weird noise & could they look to see what was wrong. They basically blew her off & told her she'd have to call apartment maintenance to do it. No...the apt. maintenance can NOT, the units are under warranty & anyone but Fire & Ice touching them would void the warranty.
Another person called because the a/c unit was leaking & there was a wet spot on her drop ceiling. They came & said, "Oh, it's just condensation," & wrapped it.
Nope. Two days later they had to come back because it WAS LEAKING & the wet spot was now much bigger.

They've also made the mistake of assuming residents don't talk to each other. LOL!

We used fire n ice plumbing for a building main water pipe that had a leak. Chico was wonderful, his quote was better than the other two plumbing companies we reached out to and fire n Ice were prompt and professional. They got the job done in a few hours so we could get the water back on, which was very fast on such a big job. Thank you Chico and crew for saving the day.

I am a tenant at an apartment complex and I should say I am not very happy by the results these workers bring to my unit. First of, they came to my apartment at 11am unannounced with no 24-hour notice nor anything. Second, they came to fix a minor detail on my A/C unit however, it ended up being a catastrophic disaster and had to tear my whole dealing apart and a bunch of random wires are hanging. Leaking unit and cracked, moist ceiling above. Telling me it's "done" and that there's nothing they can do about it. Seriously who in the heck can I talk to in regards to these peoples business? It seemed like nobody had helped me today and I am stuck in a pickle. I need to get to the bottom of this and I need answers immediately!!!

They don't even deserve a one star. Very rude, were not able to complete the job. First they failed to mentioned the the water needs to be shut off before their work, then they still tried to remove the pipes with water running! I had to ask them to leave, as they were also rude to me, saying that I am probably not even the owner of the place and don't have authority to make that decision. They did not complete the work and kept sending me bills and threatening to put a lien on my home which they have no right to do since no work was completed. Very unethical way to run your business!

Sent an inquiry to this company back in 2017 about installing a new AC unit - never heard back.. until yesterday.

Not sure what's worse.. no follow up, or a reply more than 3 years later.

Had new HVAC system installed. The crew were amazing. Not an easy job. Replaced heat pump, furnace and 2 ac units. I have a three story home with the furnace in the attic. Was difficult to remove and install. Fire n Ice crew were courteous and
professional and worked to
complete job on a very warm
day to ensure we had the AC running. Highly recommend!!

This company has been out to our apartment multiple times and still have no reliable A/C. And, to top it off they installed a New A/c unit and still having problems. I would not recommend this company to anyone..

Horrible service. Not only was the installation crappy the employees are super unprofessional. I could hear them screaming at cursing at each other while on the job. At one point I thought they were going to fight. They completely destroyed my apartment. It was a mess when I got home not to mention they broke my vacuum because they helped themselves to opening my closet and using it without knowing it had no air filter. They made a mess in my bathroom, used up all the toliet paper. If you need to use the bathroom fine but DONT PEE AROUND THE TOLIET SEAT!! They put holes all in the walls and didnt even cut accurately. The panel doesnt even fit properly cause they cut too big of a hole but and I quote "That's not our problem" heard literally say that. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They care about money and getting the job done not about quality at all.

I noticed a faucet leak & i thought my Covid lockdown was about to get worse.
I called Fire N Ice to get an estimate but I also called another company (let's call it company x to no mention any names)
A gentleman named Job called me back right away very professional and knowledgeable. Schedule an appointment right away. I received phone notifications which I thought it was really good.
Company x - An admin picked up the phone told me someone will be in contact shortly.
Mr. Job dispatched someone right away, I liked the estimate, I asked them to fix it & the problem was solved.
I strongly recommend Fire n Ice for your plumbing issues.

Let me start this review by recommending Fire N Ice to everyone out there.
I started noticing some water spots in my front yard along with an unusual water bill. I called Fire N Ice which was recommend by a friend of mine.
Very responsive, professional at the time of contact.
My wife was at home alone at the time of service. I got a text message with a picture of the tech that was assigned to fix my issue plus I was told a company truck & uniformed tech will be showing up. Stop right there for a second. That's great!! I felt a lot better by knowing exactly who was stopping & also was provided with eta's along the way.
The job was executed properly, no issues whatsoever. I am one of those that pay attention to detail so I am very happy with Fire n ice for doing the same for me.
Will recommend you and keep you n speed dial if I ever need your services again.
