Granite Propane

I was less than pleased with the attitude of the service technician. We are new customers and he treated me like I shouldn't be speaking and wanted to speak with my husband. We just had our home inspected by an HVAC technician before we bought it but he changed us $120 for work that he said the inspector missed. We had no choice but to get the work done if we wanted propane. The technicians comment to me was "Well I guess you'll have to go back to them and see if you can get reimbursed.". I will be looking into other complained to fulfill our propane needs in the future. When we had a propane leak at our last house with another propane company I was the one the technician worked with and was not treated like I was with Granite. Attached is a "corroded line".

Granite Propane has been a great company to work with. They're reliable, trustworthy, and always service driven. I can't say enough about their service, and highly recommend them. I'd give them more than 5 stars if Yelp would let me!

After going through these guys, I will never use anyone else. I needed to refill a tank for my forklift and wanted to buy a couple more spare tanks...Logan came over to top me off and brought me two new filled tanks for a great price. He had great customer service and it was the easiest transaction I've ever made... I highly recommend this company, because they actually care about your satisfaction and well being..

After an awful experience with a competitor, I cannot say enough good things about Granite Propane. They came out to run some lines, they were unable to do so due to circumstances beyond their control, yet they didnt charge me for the labor. They went out of their way to bring me a tank the same day I called (even when they expressed an inability to do so, they came through). The customer service is top notch. I will recommend these guys every time!! Thanks GP!!
