Ipsen Construction

I have always had a great experience with Ipsen Construction. They are responsive to my inquires and also look for the best opportunities for partnering with subconsultants to give their clients the best service possible. Some project require additional services that need to have a third party inspector and they don't just take any inspector, they look and try to make sure they get the best quality based on the project needs. I am happy to partner with them and recommend them.

This review is solely on their customer service because it was so bad I never got the chance to review the quality of their work.

I called Ipsen construction on a Thursday and the lady on the phone said she could have Ryan, the owner out the next day, Friday at 2pm for a quote to have some doors installed. 2pm Friday comes and no call saying they are on their way or running late. I attempted to call both the office and Ryan's cell phone and received no answer. He ended up showing up at 2:10 which wasn't that big of a deal. But good customer service would have been to call and say they were running late. He looks at the work to be done and says he will have the quote to me the next day, Saturday and could do the work the following week.

Saturday comes and goes. No quote. I call that Monday and the lady at the office takes my email again and says it will be over in the next day or two. I don't get it for a week later. And it was incorrect based on our conversation. I emailed back with the corrections that took 3 more days to receive an updated estimate. I have called the office serval times in the last week looking for a start date. They never answer their phones and they do not call back.

Don't waste your time with this company, they will just string you along.

Total waste of time. Ryan (the owner) came out, said he would give us multiple estimates for our projects and referred us to his preferred home improvement center for materials. (We spent several hours there choosing products.) Then...NOTHING. We called, emailed and texted to get our project started and NOTHING. We lost two weeks waiting for this clown to respond but I guess he has more customers than business sense or just basic courtesy. AVOID this jerk.

Super thrilled with the work they have done for us. It was done well and communicated professionally. Will definitely roccomend to anyone who is looking for high quality remodel or build.

I would highly recommend Ipsen Construction for any construction needs. I had a wall in my house taken out and reframed, the interior painted, an old deck torn out and a new one replaced it, my outdoor BBQ retiled and a new front patio put in. I am especially impressed with Paul, his foreman and lead framer. Paul and his team did a fantastic job and was always communicating with us as he went along. Ipsen was always willing to work with me on change orders and small changes to the original plan. Ipsen was the only company willing to commit to getting the work done before Spring.
My only small issue would be that I would prefer a little more communication from Ryan, the owner, but he always did what he said he would do and that is the most important thing.
Again, I would highly recommend Ipsen!

I want to thank Ryan and his team. The townhouse looks great. They had to deal with some issues that came up once the work began, but got them done and never said no to all my request. Be safe and Happy New Year. Thanks again for getting the townhouse back into shape.

I highly recommend that anyone in need of any construction project on their home or business go through Ryan. Hands down the most professional and considerate individual I have had the pleasure to do business with. Some projects Ryan has completed in my home are as follows: tile installation, carpet removal and installation, painted, baseboards, crown molding, sprinkler system, framework, kitchen, bathroom and garage work. As a USMC Combat Veteran it is hard for me to do certain things nowadays and he has always shown me the respect and courtesy a human deserves. 5 stars is not enough. Thank you Ipsen Construction, you will be utilized again.

Ipsen construction has been working on my backyard doing a wonderful job! very efficient and easy to work with. Has done previous work for me and has always done a wonderful job.
