Mountain Valley Roofing

We were in dire need of a new roof when our 40 year old shake roof started to fail. After receiving multiple quotes we selected Mountain Valley as their price was comparable. The deciding factor for us was every time we called with a question Tim (the owner) would answer our call and thoroughly answer our questions.

In the end very happy with our decision and the new roof looks fantastic

MVR replaced our homes asphalt roof in spring of 2022 & it began leaking In December of 2022. When contacted Brian Smith the roofer did nothing to correct the problem despite multiple areas leaking into the house causing extensive damage.
There "warranty " is worthless.

After a major wind/rain storm we developed a leak in our roof. One phone call and Brian was at our door the very same day to assess the situation. He returned the next morning to make the repairs. Excellent customer service, prompt and extremely reasonable. I highly recommend Mountain Valley Roofing.

These people are the hardest, most diligent workers I have ever seen working on a house. I am an old lady and have seen these contractors come and go - very impressed. Polite, on time, considerate and they clean up every day before they leave. Highly recommend- great price, great guys very professional.

These guys were great. Easy to get a hold of and even through they got a little behind schedule they kept us informed and kept their promise about getting our roof taking care of before winter. When I initially got a hold of Tim I was very frustrated about having been stood up by a different roofer. That was not the case with this company. He gave us a reasonable quote that didn't change after the work was done. Family business and the guys that work for this company were very kind and did great work. Thank you!
