National Garage Door

The person who answered the call was pleasant and understood exactly what I needed to deal with the door opener problem. I received a call back as promised with a time window and the name of the service tech.
Noah arrived as scheduled during the time window I was given. He was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. He was more than willing to assist with several different problems during the time of service call and explained the issues clearly.
It is rare to receive such excellent and fairly priced service and to have that happen just before a holiday when many service companies are distracted.

We recently had serious vandalism on our property that included serious damage to our garage door. The company responded immediately and replaced the door the next morning. We couldn't be more pleased with this company's service and caring response.

Àfter my fiasco with Carmichael Garage Door two days in a row I contacted National Garage Door and made an appointment to have my garage door opener serviced the next day. The tech showed up within their two hour appt window. He was at first stumped about what the opener was doing. After trouble shooting the problem he narrowed it down to an educated guess. Low and behold that was the issue. $125 and one hour in total and the door opener works as it should. Very professional group of people in this organization

Needed a new garage door opener. Kevin was easy to talk with and I know the price quoted was fair for equipment and labor. The installation tech was on time, easy to talk with, and took the time to show me how everything works. Price was what was quoted. Waited two months to review to see how new opener performed. I've had no issues and I'll use National for all garage door needs moving forward.

I called at 4:15pm (close to cloaing time) because my garage door had just jammed halfway open. I wanted to find someone to come out and at least get it closed for the night. I left a message and started calling other places. Other companies were either giving me a runaround or it was an answering service that wanted all my info before telling me if anyone was available. National called me back and said they could have someone out the following morning and THEN asked for all my info. The tech showed up right in the middle of the quoted window and fixed it quickly and for a very fair price.

Great customer service, on time, gave me options for my 21 year old system. Very professional and informative as to what options I had for replacing opener. Well stay my vendor of choice for garage door and opener needs. Also Daniel was very courteous and listened to what my needs were for replacing my opener, and agreed I did not need to buy a more expensive unit. Call them, you will not be sorry!! Great company. Do not waist your time or your money with this company. I decided to give them a shot because they were a small business. I have had nothing but issues with these doors since I bought them. There are large gaps on the side of the doors and they said they can't do anything about it. The cable on my door fell off after only 5 months the garage door was installed and the only excuse I get from Owner to s that it could have been operator error. The customer service is greatly lacking. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

These guys came out as a second opinion contractor for my Home Warranty. They were very courteous and friendly. The technician was honest about what repairs/replacements were necessary versus what would be more of a preference. He was also very candid with me about the likelihood of coverage for different things. I really appreciated being treated like a person instead of a dollar sign like the first opinion company made me feel. I will reach out to them in the future for quotes when I am ready to get some of those preferred, but not necessary, repairs completed!

My local Econo-door (I'm on the Peninsula) came out, and declined to even attempt to fix my garage door claiming it was non-repairable and instead tried to sell me a brand new door for $2,800. I almost went with it, it was a convincing soft-sell. But, I balked since I thought the garage is failing and figured the whole thing is probably going to come tumbling down in a few years anyway.

After calling around and getting nowhere, I tried NGD and got Kevin, I EMAILED him pictures, and based on those alone he said they could fix it and he sent Daniel. I couldn't budge this thing, but Daniel apparently has superhuman strength, who fixed it up better than it has ever been at a fraction of what the new door was quoted at.

I had my garage give me issues back in September of this year. My home warranty recommended this company and I absolutely loved the tech Greg he was great and honest and very professional he deserves a raise 100% recommend them thanks to Greg's great work! Just recommended him and the company to my neigbor very happy with the service done to my needs !!! 10 stars!
