I just recently had an alarms.com alarm system installed at my place of business. Talk about amazing this thing is from the future. I am not sure why so many people insist on using alarm systems that look like they were made in the 60's. Either way I love the ability to control this alarm system from my phone. I am so happy with it I will probably get one at my home. This has already saved me time by being able to remotely let in employee in after hours and I didn't have to drive in, I sure couldn't have done that with my old alarm system. Not only that OTS's Lead Sales engineer came in was able to meet my budget with their solution instead of coming in with a quote that was good for them

Disappointed. I had a tech come to my home and discuss mounting a new dish to my home. The next day a bent and chipped mount was installed where I asked it not be mounted, in a way I asked it specifically not be done. It was bent and crooked and looked like your average joe screwed it in to my new paint with his eyes closed. Very sloppy. I was billed for 4hours labor while the tech was onsite for less than 50minutes...1/2days work for a quick slap and dash mount $350... I spoke to the manager who assured me the issue would be fixed though it never was. I had to ask 4 different times over the course of a week just to get a paid invoice. I tried to contact customer support and never got a reply. $350for a damaged mount in a place where it is already causing damage to my home, zero help after. I didn't want to post here but there's nobody else to talk to!

I hired Orbis Tech to sync all of my in home technologies as well as wall mount a flat screen & sound bar. The work was done seamlessly and in a timely manner for a good price. Paul & the people at Orbis Tech are true professionals!

I had the pleasure of Orbis Tech Services install my new LG TV yesterday and all I can say is that Zane is a extremely proffessional Tech. He was on time, knowledgeable and did a excellent job. He explained all aspects of my new system and explained it all to me. I will now be using Orbis for all of my electronic needs. It is great to have found them. I highly recommend them. As an electrician, I have worked side by side with Orbis many times. They're techs are very knowledgeable and hardworking. Anytime there is a low voltage job that we cannot do, we refer Paul at Orbis.

Orbis Tech did a great job getting my Mom's home networking and electronics setup and walking her through it so she would understand and be able to use everything. Living so far away, I was happy to find a company that could take care of this for me. Excellent job, I highly recommend them.
