I always get three bids on any contractor project around the house. This time I was so impressed with Omar and Ivania when they visited I just went with them to restore our extensive tile floors. We already have them working up another bid for the tile countertops in kitchen & baths.

We've had quite a few pro tile cleaners out over the years. Omar's equipment is by far the most quiet and nimble. I couldn't believe how easy he made it seem. He gets a lot done in a short amount of time.

Omar kept saying it would look brand new and I knew the tiles and grout would look a lot better, but my eyes nearly did pop out of my head at the final product.

Omar and his company are amazing. Excellent communication and they went above and beyond while dealing with a mystery substance left on our new-construction tile floors. Extensive knowledge of tile and all stone surfaces, friendly, helpful, punctual, definitely 5+ stars!

Three years, you haven't heard from me and you still help me??...

I wanted to make sure I was getting the right pad for the new flooring that will be installed on Tuesday (for my ex in Elk Grove , Ca.)..

Actually, I didn't order any, then our handyman mentioned it..

Simply amazing. Professional in every way. They use good equipment ( near silent machinery ) but the results are largely due to the knowledge of requirements that cleaning stone require. 100% satisfied and plan to use them on a regular basis.

Great service every time. If it can be done Omar can do it. He doesn't set unrealistic expectations. We have used him for more then 15 years for his services.

We can't give Platinum a high enough rating .... If there were a 10 we would give them a 20.

Omar is amazing. He steam cleaned and sealed the grout and tile in my shower and it looks brand new! He also cleaned and polished my quartz countertops and they are beautiful. True craftsman!!! Professional, reasonably priced. We had them regrout, clean and color seal out tile floors. They look like we had a new floor put down. Showed up on time, wore masks, gave me a detailed written quote. I spent almost a month getting quotes. Omar the owner has over 30 years experience as a tile setter and his apprentice is following right in his footsteps. We also had them clean and polish and seal our granite counters they also came out amazing. Finally we have a large picture window that we could not get the mineral deposits off. Again they came through cleaning it and sealing it. Thank you for making our home look brand new.

I was referred to Platinum by a neighbor on Nextdoor, and I am so glad I did! I had about 275 square feet of tile that needed to be removed and replaced, including a shower surround. Not only was Omar's price reasonable, his professionalism and tact (a rare commodity these days!) set him far above the other businesses I received quotes from.

Not only was the job completed on time and on budget, it looks absolutely amazing! The house looks brand new. Omar's attention to detail is impeccable, he's honest an thorough, and he left my home cleaner than he found it (I could barely tell the tile had been removed on demo day!). Omar's wife, Ivania, is also a pleasure to talk to and the communication from the both of them was top notch. If his tile installation is superb, I can only imagine what his floor cleaning skills are like!
