Lainey has a special kind of healing that gets to the core of me every session. Her massages are very energetic and move stuck emotions out of my fascia every time. In my last massage I could feel serotonin releasing in my gut and after the session, I began to cry. I didn't know why, but I just needed to let something go. I felt lighter than ever walking out of her space. Lainey is no ordinary massage therapist...if you need deep healing and a damn good massage, well, you'll be blessed to get an appointment with her.

Lainey was wonderful. Right off the bat, it was a very relaxing and calming environment. She asked about any health issues I had and particular areas I needed work on. She focused on those areas but still completed a full body massage. Some areas I didn't even know I needed work on until she got to them. One thing I really appreciated was she asked about my preferences for pressure and checked in with me later to make sure the pressure was good. Some people go way too rough or too light so I appreciated her tailoring it to my body and what I could handle and needed. She also did a little cupping which was a nice added touch! Definitely recommend

Lainey is such a gift. I have felt comfortable with her from day 1, and look forward to our appointments every month. She provides a peaceful environment and has a strong focus around consent, which is so important. She checks in to see if pressure is okay, encourages breathing throughout the massage, and is super receptive when I make requests from her. I've had a lot of surgeries throughout my life and have a lot of neck and shoulder pain that I hold. When we first started working together, Lainey took the time to research my condition which made me feel extremely validated and seen. She's amazing at listening to not only your words, but also the energy you hold within your body.
