Ultimate Choice Restoration

Recently my condo suffered water damage when my upstairs neighbor's tub overflowed. Ultimate Choice responded with in an hour and started the process of removing the water and drying out both units. They were also responsible for doing the restoration work on my condo.

The two technicians Juan and Joe were both professional and friendly to deal with. Their work was exceptional and exceeded my expectations and they finished the work ahead of schedule. I would not hesitate to call or recommend Ultimate Choice in the future.

Beware!!!!!!!!

Their employees do work on the side and mislead you to believe the work is being completed by the company by showing you letter headed surveys and came to your home several times in a company van.. Has you sign a contract, demos your bathroom, takes your money ($5000!!!) and disappears for two months and then has his wife give you sad story why the work can't be completed by him. He then refers your job to their "owner" who you are told is aware of his incarceration and will take care of your job for a similar price.

The "owner" comes takes measurements and also goes MIA and has such a busy schedule he can't return your call or acknowledge the shit show his employee created.

After several calls for your new quote the office lady informs you, your basically no priority and the owner never did anything with your measurements and then drops a bomb that they aren't really responsible for their employee and advises me that our job was taken by their employee as a "side job"!?????

Why would the "owner" get involved if it wasn't attached to his business to begin with!????

After expressing frustration to the point of tears, she makes you feel like maybe there is an ounce of hope and they are going to accommodate the mishap of their employee by sending some random new estimator who will redo what the "owner " did to make sure I get something more timely.

This brand new employee comes out and quotes you triple the original quoted price!?

I just don't understand how a company can operate with such unethical practices going on and treat a paying customer so poorly.

How was I supposed to know what is going on in your business? And why are your employees so shady?

So about that $5000? To date no one has offered me any solutions and I have had not had a master bathroom for 2 months!? I do not want to conduct business with any parties involved.

I have asked to be refunded and not getting any communication.

Again please beware so you don't get the run around and unprofessionalism I experienced.

There are plenty of other companies in the Valley who value customers and their hard earned money, complete the work promised and on schedule.

We had a toilet leak on the second floor and we had ultimate out as the second quote. They showed what didn't need to be done which saved a lot of money. They started right away, communicated great, supervisors came and checked on the work as it was being done. Everyone was friendly and courteous. The job they did is beautiful and made the whole process not stressful at all.

(after seeing the good reviews on yelp and Google, we contacted Ultimate Choice Restoration, and this was our experience)



The whole time we were dealing with Ultimate Choice Restoration, we had a feeling we were being ripped off, AND YES WE WERE. That's not the worst part. Now everyone in our house, my aunt, my mother-in-law, my wife, our roommate, our KIDS, and myself, are now showing signs of mold related symptoms, Which are nosebleeds, headaches, difficulty breathing, tightness in the chest, throat irritation, coughing etc. Ultimate Choice employees had a fan blowing directly on a wet pile of of wood, with what "appeared to be mold "(can't legally call it mold, because I didn't have it tested before they got rid of it) with all the windows and doors closed with the A/C running. The smell was so awful, the employees were wearing masks.

We decided we had to leave and get a hotel room. They never even said anything about the dangers for our kids!!!! It got so much worse I even put a camera down stairs in front of them. (I set up the cameraYou right in front of them and I told them it was to see the progress) Even if they knew the camera was there, all they did was watch the soccer game (the employees were the one that turned on the TV and put it on the soccer channel!). Seriously they're watching TV most of the time, right in front of the camera. that's how much they didn't care. They actually would wait for the commercials, to start working again, but they didn't even work they just talked, I have it on video, It's ridiculous!!! And there are cameras all around my house. They're various days where they didn't show up!



I have videos, pictures, text, email, estimates and the invoice, that show what a horrible Company Ultimate Choice Restoration really is!!!


Ultimate Choice Restoration, turned out to be a very bad choice and now it turns out, it was a dangerous one as well.

ultimate choice restoration was hired by my hoa to repair a complicated problem with my dryer duct exhaust portal. everyone was professional, friendly and excellent in their work. after everything was done a supervisor came to inspect and make sure i was happy with the work too. i highly recommend this company..

From no regular work hours to inconsistency of quality of workers, my simple shower repair stretched to 8 days as workers were constantly being moved from job to job. Lack of communication between workers and office was evident. Waiting daily to see when someone would show up is a lack of respect for client. Final cost appeared inflated. No final cleanup of the job proves a needed review of how this business is run is desperately needed.

This company is run by a bunch of con artist!!!

If you still decide to go with this company make sure you.

1. See the contract first make sure you read it
2. Try to get different estimates ( if it's going through the insurance is going to take time anyways!! don't rush !!!!!
3. Make sure everything they say is on paper, verbal statements will be broken!!!!
4.a Make sure you keep an eye on these guys, because they were literally do nothing.
5. Make time to look over everything they give you and I mean everything that's actually on paper !!!

And then maybe they won't screw you over that much !!

So happy with our experience with this company! We had a ton of water damage below and around our water heater that needed to be fix. They truly went above and beyond! They worked efficiently and effectively and made the area look like we just moved in. They even went out of their way to match the paint in our garage after they repaired the area. I would highly recommend this company if you are thinking about using them. I'm big on customer service and all three men that came out were very friendly and professional. Thank you guys for fixing our water damage and will definitely be recommending you to other friends and family!

Steve and his team at Ultimate Choice Restoration saved our house from further water damage. Steve responded to our house immediately and helped to find the leak which caused the flooding. His response time took me by surprise as you would expect delays and he was there first thing in the morning following the water disaster. The location of the leak was not easy to find. Steve the owner was very patient in identifying the problem and was not quick to start knocking down walls. He took care of my home as if it was his house and he was attentive to small details to ensure that our home would not have the same problem again.

It was my very first appointment to get a water damage estimate but estimator did not call to let me know he was running late and he never showed up. Very irresponsible, he showed me what to expect from him or from the company.
